The No. 6 machine was designed for household sewing, dressmaking and light manufacturing.
It had a high arm, hardened solid steel needle bar, short needle and self threading spool. It was advertised for use with power and was available in 1903 as a combined electric/treadle machine - the "Motor" sewing machine at a price of £15 5s 0d. It was available with a single drawer as well as a five drawer version with leaf.
The No. 6 machine was redesignated as Bradbury's Spool c1908.
